it would be great to suggest them some ideas (e.g. TrueCrypt support
in GNOME Disks and Nautilus) and comment on the ones they already
have, that we might dislike for some reason.

At GUADEC there was much discussion about how to spend our old privacy
campaign funds. If you're interested in how we use this money, please
review the proposals page [1] and add comments and proposals there.
We also have a page with notes from GUADEC [2]. Please don't edit this
page, since it's just notes from one particular meeting. I've tried to
move key ideas from there to [1].
Lastly, we have a historical page at [3] which shows an old proposal to
fund projects via small bug bounties.
In any case, [1] is the page you want to edit with your suggestions.
