Okay.

Trailing the end of the section label text is not so clean and clear for
'Help', may need some further location refinement.

I do not understand.

Is there a technical limitation to having the icon change color when the
associated text does during an actionable state such as _onHover_ ?

I will wait until the next version to revisit this bug.

I think the popovers should all open the same way; this is an expected
experience.

If not for the entire dialog, i.e., all of the sections, then each
section should share the same directional pop, e.g., the top section
popovers would pop downward and the bottom section popovers would pop
upward, each guaranteeing space for the dialog to exist on-screen.
