[Tails-project] Heads up! #tails IRC channel moving to XMPP

hi,

as decided at last month's meeting, we're moving our support chat
to XMPP. This will happen when we release Tails 2.4, early in June.

It would be nice if those of us who are used to do user support over
chat start getting ready for this change, e.g. configure their IM
client to start hanging around in the new XMPP chat.
