[Tails-ux] electrum/persistence

Thanks for your wonderful work.I am having a problem in setting up a
coldstorage for electrum. I tried to get help from Electrum's support
forum, but, believe it or not, they refused my application to register
because it came from a TOR node. I do not want to access their site
without using tor.

I am trying to set uo a coldstorage wallet and want to download electrum
from their site so i can install it in an off-line computer. Everytime I
try to save the file, a dialog box says access is denied to persistent
because i do not have permission. it also says it can't read persistent.
I am a fairly non-technical newbe, and want some help, please!!
