Sorry, it seems I've made mistakes with `!inline pages` directives.
I've misunderstanding which directive to translate or not. For example:
[[!inline pages=\"doc/first_steps.index\" raw=\"yes\"]]\n
It is only directives with ending by .index? Like .index.fr ?
[[!inline pages=\"doc/first_steps.index.fr\" raw=\"yes\"]]\n
