For the record:
What we merge is a branch, not individual commits.
So what needs to be reviewed is a branch, not individual commits.
So when asking for a review, please refer to the current state of the
branch to be reviewed (its last commit), and reviewers should be able
to diff the current "official" branch vs. the proposed one.
