Sure, or "maybe"; as I have no clue what's the rationale between
"Utilities" and "System Tools" (for example, why are "System Log" and
"System Monitor" in "Utilities" and not in "System Tools").
But yes, seeing this MAT doesn't really qualifies as a "System Tool" if
even "System Log" doesn't in GNOME by default :)

In this particular case I think this should be proposed and changed
upstream. It's a cool dude :)
