[Tails-dev] Tails Hardware

Intrigeri,

Instead of a list of all compatible systems which requires substantial
maintenance, we should document an ideal laptop configuration. We can
prove security benefits of Lenovo ThinkPad X200 laptops running
Libreboot with Intel ME disabled. I can provide more details later, but
first I would like to get your opinion on the general idea.
