[Tails-l10n] Call for translations: Tails 2.2

Hi,

The Tails 2.2 feature freeze and translation window has started!
Translations must be in *before* 2016-03-07, and should be based on the
'testing' branch in Tails' main Git repository.

I tried to generate the usual list of changes in the wiki, but it
essentially included every file so it didn't feel very relevant. :S
