the report now resides on
https://tails.boum.org/blueprint/monthly_report/report_2015_12/ and
looks pretty ready to me. i've changed the first few lines so it
explains why there are two reports published shortly after each other.
don't know if thats somewhere tracked now...
(just being afraid that we forget about it, but maybe someone has this
on his/her radar?)
