I think this is not tracked explicitly anywhere at the moment. It's a
big discussion with many implications. Maybe we could have a big ticket
for it but as long as the scope and draft of the discussion has not been
posted anywhere and agreed upon it won't really be actionable, that's
why I can live without a ticket so far.
