[Tails-project] 2016 RMLL security track

hi,

this year there won't be any RMLL (Rencontres "Mondiales" du Logiciel
Libre), _but_ the security track will happen on July 4-6, at Mozilla
Paris: https://sec2016.rmll.info/

In case anyone wants to speak there, two months are left for the Call
for Paper. I'll personally be at DebConf so won't join this part of
the fun.
