I did again these stats on the branch web/9323-release-ia which is the
branch preparing the replacement of the current installation
instructions with the installation assistant and updating the list of
core pages quite a lot and I got for the new core pages:

Basically all languages loose 30% in the replacement :)

In my opinion, we shouldn't block anything on the weblate workflow to be
clarified and I'd rather see people organize as if weblate was not yet
an option. I know that we did that for Farsi but right now it's not
clear at all how we'll update Farsi translations, so let's prevent more
languages to get stuck like this...
See #10257#note-16 for my analysis on where were are regarding weblate
(or whatever external platform we choose in the end). We'll likely need
upstream improvements to both the PO plugin and weblate before having
something reasonable.

No objection and I'm super happy we can have more translations on the
website soon!
Just one question: who's going to do the language activation dance?
I did the Farsi last time and it's quite painful (granted, it was RTL).
Maybe you can do it for Italian this time :)
