OK, that's an ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics.
This looks like this might be the bug that was fixed in some Jessie
point-release last year, that we didn't pick up since we're shipping
a patched mesa:

I'm going to rebase our mesa package on top of current Debian stable's
one, and will try to make it go into Tails 2.0. Hopefully it'll fix
this problem.
Meanwhile, please take debugging action and report a bug, since it
may very well be another problem entirely:
