[Tails-dev] Electrum is Offline in Tails 1.8 with Persistenc…

I tested Electrum in Tails 1.8 without persistence enabled and it
successfully synchronizes with the network. However, when I enable
persistence that I setup with the previous version of Electrum, the
client never synchronizes with the network. I checked the Tor bandwidth
graph and there is no significant network traffic. Can anyone else
replicate this issue? I think that it is a problem with Tails and not
with my own configuration.
