So, the bug was noticed and corrected before your email was read (even
though your email does predate the fix that went in). I don't know how
we could have avoided this duplicated work, but for super proeminent
stuff like the announce of a new version, I suggest coordinating over
IM when feasible :) [And yay, I know, it's not super clear what's the
proper place to do so currently, and we don't all use IM much anyway.]
