Instead of introducing this new pref, would it make sense to add a new
proxy type, 'tor' or whatever (presented as "Tor Proxy"), that implies
socks5 and the behaviour that 'prefnet=tor' otherwise would do? It could
even suggest 'localhost:9050' by default. None of this would matter for
Tails, but it seems like a more helpful UI outside of it.
