[Tails-dev] Tor 0.2.7.5 is tagged and on the dist website

Hi, all!

Tor 0.2.7.5 is tagged and available at https://dist.torproject.org

Other than the version number, the release notes, and the fact that
it's "officially stable" this release is identical to 0.2.7.4-rc.

I'll be updating the website and announcing some time in the next 48
hours; wanted to give packagers a heads-up.
