Short answer: no.
There's quite some complicated technical work that we're not interested
in doing and nobody else proposed to help with despite our call for help
[1]. So I think there won't be any Windows camouflage in Tails Jessie
anymore, and yes, you can probably already remove this as a option in
Tails Greeter as you're new design will have to wait for Tails Jessie to
be out for technical reasons as well.
