I feel like the displayed input text would only reflect the key mapping.

However, editing the 'Text Language' (when ordered first) updates the
other options, allowing for keystrokes to become contextually relevant.
So it makes sense that editing the 'Keyboard Language' (when ordered
first) updates the other options and allows for displayed text to become
readable.

I thought that E and Epsilon were the same [0]. It seems that ordering,
and transcoding, is based on phonetics. Also, it makes sense to include
Э.
