[Tails-dev] Adding "No connectivity" at boot

Hello,

Could it be possible to add an option to block connectivity to network
at boot time? I mean make it impossible establish a network connection
wired or wireless when that option is on without rebooting? Could be a
solution for situation when you are on a wired machine and it is
difficult to disconnect the network cable.
