[Tails-l10n] Tails translation platform meeting

Hi,

we'd like to invite all of you to a short meeting on IRC to talk about
the translation platform (weblate) which emmapeel and I have set up.

What still needs to be done?
What should be done differently?

Please be aware that this is simply a test environment, and not the
final setup.

If you need / want an account for testing, please let either emmapeel or
me know.

We'd like this to happen on August 10th, 21h Berlin time on
irc.oftc.net, #tails-dev. Would be nice to see you there!
