Yay. Done in 264cbaa and 0dd2003, translated a few strings into French
to make sure it works fine for localized versions too. I had to cheat
a bit to take into account discrepancies between the different base
heading levels, but in the end it seems good enough to me.
Had root@ update ikiwiki.setup for the online website accordingly,
otherwise we would have raw PO content inlined.
