thanks for the review. I made some minor changes. I marked a string as
fuzzy ([[!inline pages=\"doc/first_steps/upgrade.release_notes\"
raw=\"yes\"]]\n). Could you please check this out? I get a bunch of
messed up code on the page when I build the wiki (when adding a ".de"
to the link).
