Could you please share the grep command you used to generate this data?

(I'd like to be able to document the entire pipeline, from the access
logs to the actual information we are interested in. And currently it
seems that we need a script spriver sent, and then some
undisclosed-so-far grep command, and then in turn another
undisclosed-so-far script.)
