[Freepto] jessie builds

Yesterday I tried to build my jessie branch. It wasn't working for
trivial issues: running apt-get update on the host is needed, before
building. I didn't investigate, but I suppose this is because of how
pbuilder works. Not really sure about that.

I am currently working on building freepto based on jessie. I am still
having issues with download/proxy/and similar
