[Tails-ux] Computer keeps restarting after using Reboot Imme…

Hi,

I clicked on "Reboot Immediately"
Then the messages showing memory wipe appeared.
I removed the physical USB after being prompted.

Then I did a hard reset on the computer.
During boot up, it says the last Windows session did not close properly.
None of the below options to start the original Windows OS work:
-Start Windows Normally
-Load last configurations that has no problems
-Safe Mode

When it gets to the Windows Loading page, the computer restarts itself.

Please advise how to fix this issue.
