i could not reproduce that bug. I cleaned the metadata of that picture
successfully with
Meta data Anonymisation Toolkit 0.5.2
Hachoir 1.3.3
(shipped in current Tails 1.3.2)
I did it with the command line option. Resulting file is available in
case somebody wants it.
