[Tails-l10n] (review'n'merge) new repository

Hi,

I moved my repo from gitorious.org to gitlab.com due to the shutdown of
gitorious. My new repo is an explicit fork of
https://gitlab.com/Tails/tails.

Please review and merge the change of the repo URL in the German
translation team's page:
