[Tails-ux] Terminology for the web assistant: persistence

'Persistence' is quite esoteric in this context. 'Storage' or
'Encrypted Storage' is more clear. Prefacing 'Volume' with 'Storage' or
'Encrypted Storage' works, but then 'Volume' is a bit esoteric as well.
