[Tails-project] April report

Hi! It's that time of the month again, April is nearly over and it's
time to report what we did :)

There was no release this month, so no "code" section - you can quietly
ignore that, we'll report next month.

But all the work you did on other aspects of the project should be added
to https://tails.boum.org/blueprint/report_2015_04/ - just drop the
things (even just bug numbers), I'll make sentences if this bothers you.
