[Tails-project] tails.boum.org not blocked in Iran

Hoi,

I was recently in Iran and checked out whether certain websites are
blocked and how they would be blocked if any. I'm happy to say that
tails.boum.org isn't blocked so far I could see in Iran.

Downloading the iso would probably take a some time since bandwidth is
limited most of the time around 100kB/s.
