A new report produced by the Open Society Justice Initiative and Mwatana Organization for Human Rights, a Yemeni NGO, documents evidence of dozens of civilian deaths by secret U.S. drone strikes in Yemen.





The evidence gathered in the report is harrowing. It raises serious questions about whether the U.S. is complying with international law as well as its own policy guidance.
