I've no idea.
On the one hand, I see value in putting such "big" files in the same
VCS as the blueprint they're about.
On the other hand, it would be good to keep that new repo at least
moderately usable for a few years, so perhaps "big" should be
specified more clearly, and "too big files" should instead go
$somewhere_else :)
