Oops, sorry, I really meant:

* just to be clear: did these machines boot from Tails 1.2.3 "made
with Tails Installer"?

(because I'd like to understand whether there's an actual regression,
given the same USB stick, the same computer, the same installation
method, and only thing changing being the version of Tails.)
