Sciences Po is recruting an Assistant Professor in Politicial Science: Political Behavior
This post is designed to reinforce one of the three main research themes at the CEVIPOF. The CEVIPOF is a leading and historical centre on elections. Based on survey analysis and real data, research on electoral sociology has gained consistent and increasing importance over time. The introduction of massive and open data on voting justifies renewing methods and research questions to investigate new issues on political behavior.
Apart from a sound international and general knowledge of political behavior, the candidate should make the demonstration of:
- A strong interest in the study of elections, voting, political parties-
- Strong skills in quantitative or formal analysis techniques
- A good knowledge of international comparative work
- Teaching experience
