I don't think we have any dedicated design doc for the Greeter.
But for the most important aspects, we do link to its source code
whenever relevant, as can be seen with "git grep greeter_gitweb".

Some aspects of the Greeter would be worth documenting. Not sure if
a ticket will make it happen, but at least it'll document the lack of
it => why not :)
