[Tails-dev] design doc about the Greeter?

Hi!

I was working on https://labs.riseup.net/code/issues/9113 (Complete the
contributors glossary), wanted to add the Greeter and a link to its
design doc, except... I don't find any. Is it hidden where I didn't find
it? Should I open a ticket about writing at least a minimal one? Should
it wait until after the revamp instead?
