[Tails-dev] New dev contributor

Hello developpers.


I am loukdev and I would contribute to Tails but I don't really know where
to begin.
I subscribed to the tails-dev and amnesia mailing list.

I have some knowledges with GNU/Linux and I develop with some languages for
some years.
Here are the languages I know, in decreasing order :
- C, C++
- Python
- Java
- HTML5/CCS3
- PHP, VB
- notions in OCaml, SmallTalk, Haskell

My favorite languages are C and C++ (which I use for 4/5 years) and Python
(2/3 years).
And I can use the git bases.
