La Galleria Dep Art inaugura una importante mostra
retrospettiva con opere dagli anni '70 ad oggi:
dai primi monocromi che indagano lo "stato ansioso"
della pittura fino alla "rottura del quadro" e
le
conseguenti "disseminazioni".
Come
scrive A. Zanchetta: «Nella seconda metà del XX
secolo i pittori avevano rinunciato alla cornice
del quadro - sentita come un vincolo e un orpello
- e si erano interessati a scandagliare le pareti
dei musei o delle gallerie d'arte, permettendo
così
alle opere di entrare in relazione diretta
con l'ambiente
espositivo, "luogo di accadimenti"
che diventa il
nuovo confine spaziale della pittura.
Negli anni
Settanta, artisti come Pino Pinelli
si avvedono
anche del limite imposto dal telaio
del quadro stesso;
rispondono quindi con una deflagrazione
e uno sconfinamento
in grado di dare corpo alla
pittura, rendendola
materia (più ancora che materica).
Pinelli, ad esempio,
avverte l'esigenza di rifondare
la natura stessa
della pittura, i suoi presupposti,
prefigurandone
gli sviluppi futuri e tutte le
diramazioni possibili.
Ancor oggi, la sua è una
pittura "pensata" in relazione
allo spazio espositivo,
"progettata" per vivere
in sinergia e in simbiosi
con l'architettura».

Dep Art Gallery is inaugurating an important
retrospective show with works ranging from the
seventies
to today: starting from the first monochromes,
investigating
the "anxious condition" of painting,
until the work
of art was "broken" itself, and
disseminations followed.
As
A. Zanchetta
writes: «During the second half of
the twentieth
century, painters rejected painting
frames - felt
as an obligation and a frill - and
involved themselves
in probing the walls of art
museums and art galleries,
thus allowing works
to enter in direct relation
with the exhibition
space, a "place of happenings"
becoming the new
spatial limit of painting. During
the seventies
artists as Pino Pinelli also got knowledge
of
the boundary imposed by the structure of the
work
itself; they therefore answered with an explosion
and a trespassing of it, giving a body to painting
and making it a material (more than materical).
Pinelli, for example, feels the necessity of resettle
the nature of painting itself and its premises,
foreseeing its future developments and all possible
applications. Today his painting is still "thought"
in relation to the exhibition space and "projected"
to live in synergy and symbiosis with architecture».
