[Tails-dev] 3rd-party Torrents

Hi,

DistroWatch is distributing a modified Tails .torrent and announcing
it on another tracker than the one we're using, "to give back to the
open source community":
http://distrowatch.com/weekly.php?issue=20150309#torrent

Not sure it's a good idea, but not sure we're in a position to ask
them to step, given the recent instability of the tracker we use.
