[Tails-dev] [review'n'merge:1.3.1] test/8894-log-file

Hi,

this branch gives a --log-to-file option to the run_test_suite script,
allowing it to save the Cucumber output to a file while still
displaying fancy colored output on the terminal.

It's a new feature, so technically it should be for 1.4, but the
(usefulness / risk) ratio seems high enough to me so I'm requesting to
include that in 1.3.1.
