so maybe the notice should be below the introduction text, on the other
hand this seems inconsistent with the introduction text which says:
|There are many ways you can contribute to Tails. No effort is too
|small and whatever you bring to this community will be appreciated. So
|read on to find out how you can make a difference in Tails.
maybe the language-barrier-notice itself is misleading, because donating
is also a contribution ;)
