It has nothing to do with the USB stick as far as I can tell. I am
booting from a burned (gpg signature verified) ISO on a DVD reader.
When I attempt to launch the installer/upgrader - it starts but any
button click fails to open subsequent programs. This happens with or
without the USB stick inserted. The USB stick was running Tails 1.2
without issue.
