I fixed #7450 in my Tails OpenPGP Applet repository, in the
bugfix/7450-too_easy_to_exit branch. It should apply cleanly on the
version currently in Tails :

For now it's a simple workaround (invert about and exit buttons).
The real fix is to add a confirmation dialog, but I'll do that in the
Debian packaged version, see #8319 - Tails OpenPGP Applet : Add a
confirmation dialog on exit
