Personally, I won't go to FOSDEM. I don't know about alan and tchou...
Regarding the greeter, it would be a nice place to test prototypes with
a geek public, and further talk about the guided tour.
Regarding the downloading/verifying/installation if would be a nice
place to develop and refine mockups and ideas.
