JFTR, I've tried to reproduce this on current Debian sid (Tor
0.2.5.8-rc), to be able to report it upstream, and failed. So, I guess
the problem we are hitting (and that I think I've workaround'ed) only
occurs in weird situations like only Tails (and especially our NM
hooks) can trigger...
