This file doesn't always exist, and I'm not sure if/how WhisperBack
deals with tails-debugging-info returning a non-zero exit code. So,
I think I have to ask: did you test this branch *without* having
persistence enabled?
I think that the right long-term solution would be to have
debug_file() skip non-existing files; it would be nice, but IMO that's
not a must to merge this branch.
