I tried before and they were a pain to add so I gave up. I tried again
now and made it. That's in the branch web/web/promoting_and_teaching.

But it's quite big, 788KiB, and full of files that won't compress well
(JPG). So before we merge it I'll raise the point of excluding the
slides sections from the ISO image.
