According to
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/12994 it
should be fixed some time today (well, "Sundayish") but I need it now,
so I'll just manually fetch the packages + Debian sources and verify
them with the expired key, and upload them to our APT suite and update
the APT pinnings in our Git.
